Easy Berry Crisp

 

You can make this delicious dessert in a manner of minutes with store bought or pre-made vegan granola!

 

  • 2 cups frozen berries (any combination of red raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)

  • 8 oz. fresh organic blueberries

  • ½ cup fruit only apricot preserves

  • 1½ cups vegan granola

  • Earth Balance

 

Preheat oven to 350.  In a bowl mix together the frozen and fresh berries and the preserves.  Spread the mixture onto a 9 inch oiled pan plate.  Top evenly with the granola and dot with Earth Balance (about 1 to 2 T, cut up). 

Bake the Crisp for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and bubbly. 


The crisp is especially delicious served warm with vegan whipped topping.
