White Bean & Garlic Dip
This easy and delicious recipe is perfect for unexpected guests and snacking. Serve with crackers or cut veggies.

2 T olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced minced

16 oz can white beans, drained and rinsed

¼ cup water
-
1 tsp.dried rosemary (or more to taste)
Place oil, garlic and rosemary in a skillet. Heat the pan until ingredients start to sizzle. Add the beans and water. As beans cook, mash them with a wooden spoon or potato masher. Cook until the mixture is a loose spread consistency -it will thicken as it cools.. You can serve immediatley or refrigerate.
