Tomato Salsa
This tasty salsa recipe is from the Almost Vegan Cooking School.
-
4 tomatoes, chopped

½ red onion, chopped

2 Serrano Chiles, seeds removed, diced

1 T minced garlic
-
juice of 1 lemon
-
1/3 cup cilantro
-
½ tsp. sea salt
-
¼ tsp. cracked pepper
-
¼ tsp. cumin
-
1 tsp. olive oil
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse. Pour the salsa into a medium bowl and let it rest for 1 hour to give the flavors time to develop.
