The Recipe Vault | Best Vegan Recipes | Plant Based Recipes

Many times I’ve heard people lament “I’d love to eat vegan but simply don’t have time to learn a gazillion new recipes!” Let’s stop and think about this. How many different recipes do you actually use on a regular basis right now? For most people, it’s less than a dozen. Throw in a “company” and a special occasion recipe and you’re done. See how easy it was to dispel that fear? Getting started on a plant-based/vegan diet really is just that simple.

Ok, so where do you find a dozen or so plant-based recipes that are easy, delicious and work every time! You could dig through a lot of wonderful vegan cookbooks and websites. Some of us love that! But some of us don’t. So we’ve made it easy for you. Do you see the vault door on the homepage of Veganseatwhat.com with the light streaming from it? Yes, that’s it! Within are recipes that we‘ve taste tested, cooked, tried at altitude and sea level, and guess what? They work! They work every time, repeatedly and for those of us who are not professional chefs! Some are easier and some require a bit more work – but they all work! We’ve taken the guesswork, the failed attempts, the “OMG what a mess” out of it for you. THESE RECIPES WORK. And we definitely like knowing that when we start to cook – for real and not just testing – that the recipe will work.

We value this collection so much the recipes inside should be locked up in a vault! We are sharing them with you because we’ve been in the same place and our goal is to find and share the best tasting animal-free recipes so everyone experiences success when preparing plant-based/vegan food. We know that “I’m new to this, I don’t have a lot of time, I want it to taste great and I don’t want to waste money on ingredients for recipes that don’t work. Yes, we get it! The truth is, we feel that way ourselves.

So, come into our vault. Try the recipes inside and select YOUR favorites. Give us your feedback to help serve you better, because after all, that’s why we’re here!

Justina received her law degree in 1985 from the University of Denver and her Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 1975 from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has steered a local vegetarian group for over 16 years and is devoted to teaching and educating people about the many benefits of plant-based diets.
